Leamington Spa, Warwickshire - £23,809.50 to £25,000 DOE. Permanent, full time

We’re looking for a bright, ambitious, and hard-working candidate to join our friendly and supportive customer service team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone to develop their career within a modern and award-winning financial services firm.

THE ROLE:

This role is based in our Leamington Spa office. Your duties will vary day-to-day and will include the following: 

• Answering and dealing with incoming telephone calls.
• Making outgoing telephone calls.
• Making calls/requests to and dealing with pension, investment, mortgage and insurance companies and enquiries.
• Processing of new business applications.
• Supporting our Mortgage Capacity Experts and Trustee Accounts Specialists.
• Supporting our Paraplanners and Advisers.
• Administering Group Scheme Policy Renewals.
• General office admin duties.
• Greeting visitors at our office.
• Communicating with clients.

There are excellent career prospects. Many of the team joined in entry-level positions and progressed their careers into management, paraplanning and advising, winning industry accolades along the way.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Ideally educated to degree level.
• Minimum education: Maths and English GCSE grade 4/C and above (or equivalent).
• Good working knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Enthusiastic, friendly and willing to learn.

SALARY & BENEFITS:

• Basic salary of £23,809.50-£25,000.00, depending on experience and qualifications.
• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with tenure.
